In the process of trying to build a family, my husband and I received devastating news. After learning we would not be able to have a baby without assistance, we dove head first into IVF. Knowing my tendency to write about my own life experiences and quickly learning how lonely dealing with fertility issues can be, we decided to share our story so that we could be at least a couple of voices speaking up about an issue that affects millions of people.
It’s been an up and down journey with more downs than ups so far, but we remain hopeful for our future.
